If your product develops a fault or you wish to request a return, please follow the steps below.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email sales@funstuff.ie with the following details:

Order Number
Product ID / SKU
Issue encountered or reason for return
Clear photos of the item (front & back)
Usage status (used/unused & condition of original packaging)

Our team will review your request and reply within 48 hours with next steps and eligibility for repair or return.

Warranty Coverage

Ride-on Toys:
- 6-month warranty on batteries
- 12-month warranty on spare parts
All Other Products:
- 12-month parts and labour warranty
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

Water Damage Policy

Water damage is not covered under warranty, as it results from environmental exposure rather than a manufacturing fault.
Repairs involving water damage typically require replacement parts and additional labour, and may incur a charge.
We will always provide a quote and seek your approval before proceeding.

Determining Usage Status

Photos or videos are required before any collection.
If an item is declared “unused” but arrives used, you may be liable for the return costs.

Return Costs

Within 30 Days of Purchase:
Unwanted items can be returned at your expense, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and box.
If the product is faulty due to a transit issue, we will cover return costs.
After 30 Days:
Contact us for further assistance.

Return Processing Time

Most issues are resolved within 8–10 days.
During holiday periods, repairs may take up to 20 days.
We will keep you updated throughout the process.
