    Orders

    Can I cancel my order?

    Email us immediately at sales@funstuff.ie with your order details. We’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.

    Can I change my order?

    Changes are not always possible once placed. Please contact us as soon as possible.

    Can I place an order by phone?

    No. For your security, all orders must be placed through our website.

    Can I visit or collect in-store?

    We operate exclusively online. However, collection is available after purchase with prior arrangement.

    Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

    Yes, under the following conditions:

    • Order must be placed online
    • Minimum 1 business day notice required
    • Allow extra processing time during peak season (Oct–Dec)

    Delivery & Tracking

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking reference.

    Note: Some couriers may not provide full tracking visibility.

    What does pre-order mean?

    Pre-order items are not yet in stock but are reserved for you and shipped when available.

    Delays may occur due to supplier or logistics issues.

    Order Status Guide

    • Awaiting Fulfilment – Order received, not yet processed
    • Awaiting Shipment – Ready for courier collection
    • Consigning Pending – Awaiting final courier confirmation
    • Shipped – Your order is on the way

    Important Collection Info

    • Orders must be placed online before collection

    • Peak periods may require additional processing time

    Standard warranty: 12 months

    Wear & Tear Items

    Some components naturally wear with use:

    • 24V Drift Go Kart wheels are not covered under warranty due to normal usage wear.

    How to Make a Claim

    We keep the process simple:

    1. Contact Us

    Email sales@funstuff.ie with:

    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos

    2. Share Evidence

    Large files can be sent via WeTransfer:

    3. Resolution

    We will:

    • Troubleshoot the issue
    • Send replacement parts if covered
    • Or arrange repair, replacement, or refund

    Returns & Refunds

    If a return is needed:

    • Carefully disassemble and repackage the item
    • Ensure it is securely packed for transport
    • We will arrange free courier collection (within warranty period)

    Once received, we will inspect and confirm:

    • Repair
    • Replacement
    • Refund

    Refund Timelines

    • PayPal: Instant processing
    • Credit/Debit Card: Up to 5 business days

    Water Damage Policy

    Water damage is not covered under warranty.

    This is considered environmental damage rather than a manufacturing fault.

    Repair costs may apply, and we will always confirm pricing before proceeding.

    Assembly

    Are products pre-assembled?

    No. All products are delivered flat-packed and require assembly at home.

    Do you offer an assembly service?

    No. We currently do not offer assembly or disassembly services.

    Packaging & Gifts

    Will the product packaging show what’s inside?

    Yes. Product images and details are clearly visible on the box.

    If your purchase is a gift, we recommend shipping directly to the recipient.

    Battery & Safety

    Are batteries included?

    Yes but for safety reasons, they are not pre-connected.

    You must connect the battery before first use using the included instructions.

    Charging Guidelines

    To keep your product running safely:

    • Fully charge before first use
    • Do not charge for more than 12 hours
    • Never leave charging unattended
    • Charge at least once per month when not in use
    • Disconnect battery during long storage

    Built-in Safety Feature

    The product will not operate while charging, protecting both the battery and user.

    Compatibility

    Do you sell trailers for go-karts?

    We currently offer:

    • 1 trailer compatible with the Hercules Pedal Go Kart

    Other models are not designed to support trailers.
