Returns and Exchanges Policy
If your product develops a fault or you wish to request a return, follow these steps:
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Send an email to sales@funstuff.ie with the following details:
- Order Number
- Product ID/SKU
- Issue Encountered or Reason for Return
- Full Images of the Item (Front & Back)
- Usage Status (Used/Unused & Original Packaging Condition)
Our team will assess your request and respond within 48 hours regarding eligibility for repair or return.
Warranty Coverage:
- Ride-on Toys: 6-month warranty on batteries, 12 months on spare parts.
- All Other Products: 12-month parts and labor warranty (excluding damage due to misuse).
Determining Usage Status:
- We require photos/videos before collection.
- If an item is declared unused but arrives in a used condition, you may be liable for return costs.
Identifying a Faulty Product:
For technical support, email sales@funstuff.ie, and our team will assist you.
Return Costs:
- Within 30 Days of Purchase: Return costs are covered by you unless the defect occurred during transit.
- After 30 Days: Contact us for further assistance.
Return Processing Time:
- Most issues are resolved within 8-10 days.
- During holidays, repairs may take up to 20 days.
- We will communicate throughout the repair process.
If Repairs Are Not Possible:
- Replacement: A similar product based on price and previous purchase.
- Store Credit: A credit note for future purchases.
Returning Small & Medium-Sized Items:
- You may return at your own expense.
- Items must be fully unassembled and boxed.
- If courier collection is required, a €16.00 pickup fee applies.
