1. Orders & Payments

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at sales@funstuff.ie with your order details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes may not always be possible. Email sales@funstuff.ie as soon as possible with your order details. Emails are answered in order received, and response time may take up to 24 hours during busy periods.

Can I place an order over the phone?

No. For security and privacy reasons, we only accept orders through our 100% secure website. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal, but no vouchers.

Can I visit your store before purchasing?

No. We operate exclusively online. All products must be viewed and purchased via our website.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Collection is only allowed under these conditions:

• Order and payment must be placed through our website
• Minimum 1-day notice is required for processing
• During peak season (Oct 1 – Dec 22), allow 1 business day.

How do I track my order?

A tracking reference will be emailed to you after dispatch. Some couriers may not provide public tracking.

What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order means the product is currently out of stock and will be available on the estimated release date.

Due to supply chain disruptions, delays may occur.

Order Status Definitions:

• Awaiting Shipment – Order is ready for courier collection.
• Awaiting Fulfilment – Order placed but not yet processed.
• Pending – Order is awaiting confirmation from your payment provider.
• Shipped – Order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided.

2. Warranty & Refunds

What is the warranty on your products?

• Ride-on toys – 6-month battery warranty, 12-month parts warranty.
• Peg Perego, Mookie, TP Toys, Razor – 12-month warranty handled by the respective brands.
• 24V Drift Go Kart wheels are not covered under warranty due to usage wear.

How do I request repairs, a replacement, or a refund?

• Email sales@funstuff.ie with your order ID, issue details, and photos/videos.
• Send large files via WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/).
• Our team will assist with troubleshooting or send replacement parts free of charge within the warranty period.
• If the issue cannot be resolved, we will repair, replace, or refund depending on the case.

Refund & Return Process:

• If a refund or replacement is required, disassemble and safely repackage the item in a suitable box (customer responsibility).
• We will arrange courier collection free of charge within the 12-month warranty.
• Upon receiving the product, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund based on inspection results.

Refund Timelines:

• PayPal – Instant
• Credit/Debit Cards – Up to 5 business days
• We do not provide assembly/disassembly services or supply return boxes.

3. Products & Features

Are your products pre-assembled?

No. All products come flat-packed and require assembly.

Do you offer an assembly service?

No. We do not provide assembly or disassembly services.

Will product images and details be visible on the packaging?

Yes. If purchasing as a gift, we recommend using a different shipping address.

Are batteries included?

• Batteries are included but not pre-connected due to safety regulations.
• Before first use, you must connect the battery following the instructions.
• Safety feature: The ride-on toy will not operate while charging.

How often should I charge the battery?

• Fully charge before first use.
• Do not leave charging unattended or for over 12 hours.
• Charge once a month even when not in use to avoid battery depletion.
• Disconnect the battery when not in use.

Do you sell trailers for pedal go-karts?

Currently, we only sell one trailer compatible with the Hercules Pedal Go Kart. Other models do not support trailers.
